Development
By going through the developmental phases you will discover and experience how the feet go from flat to containing the arches. And with that, specific movements to do to contribute to development for those who need it, including flat feet, tight feet and high arches that are unstable.
Dissect
Once the piece are in place, dissect how key movements and steps are either using the design of the feet or not. By ensuring true use, there is an acceleration to strengthening and injury prevention.
