Made from the Heart = Pay from the Heart

There are certain courses that are simply too important for dancers to let price be a barrier for anyone interested.

Pay from the Heart means just that.  Pay what you feel the course/workshop is worth and what you can currently afford. 

You can also top up after taking the course/workshop or if financial circumstances have changed. 

That may mean $0 or only $10.  There will always be a "suggested price" which you can match if you wish, or you can even go over this amount and in essence be sponsoring those who are unable to pay. 

All of the Courses created by Mariah-Jane were done with the purpose of helping, sharing and contributing to the dance world with my point of view and resources.

Return to Radiance: 2 Hour Workshop

So many dance teachers suffer from burn-out and this workshop was written and recorded to help my fellow dance teachers to avoid what seems like such an all too common occurrence. 

This workshop is for you to enjoy whether you feel you are heading towards burn-out now or want to be proactive and prevent burn-out.

A very effective way to support students to be embodied is to use Imagery! 

And when there is a holiday or new season, a huge way to engage with students is to bring related activities into the dance class.
